Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paharpur P. S. case no. 74/2014 registered under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, petitioner is not family member of in-laws of the deceased and it is only stated that he participated in concealing the dead body. Moreover, in-laws of the deceased have already been acquitted by the competent court.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Paharpur P. S. case no. 74/2014 subject to condition as
