The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 71 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22073 of 2021(3) dt.15-02-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S.
