JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 12-04-2023 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43598 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners could not furnish the bail bonds on time since there was communication gap between the pairvikar and the conducting lawyer.

Since, vide order dated 09.12.2022, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail whereas, the present modification petition seeking extension of time was filed on 11.4.2023, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 5,000/- before the District Legal Services Authority, East Champaran, Motihari.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24827 of 2023(2) dt.12-04-2023 2/2 Accordingly, the period of surrender is extended further for a period of four weeks from today. The bail bonds of the petitioner will be accepted by the learned Court below on showing receipt of deposit of Rs. 5,000/- before the concerned D.L.S.A..

The order dated 09.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43598 of 2022 stands modified to the extent as indicated above. Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
