This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No.2036 of 2014, disclosing offences under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

This application arises out of a complaint case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7764 of 2016 (2) dt.31-03-2016 Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioners, submits that petitioners have been apprehending their arrest, as warrant of arrest has been issued against them.

However, considering the nature of allegation, this application stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioners, abovenamed, to appear before the court below within a period of 4 weeks from today and seek regular bail. If they do so, their application for regular bail shall be considered and disposed of by the learned court below on the same day.
