The petitioner is in custody in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 127 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R.. Counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner to implicate the petitioner in the crime. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2018. Considering the fact that the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown and petitioner has remained in custody for more than three months, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11151 of 2019(2) dt.25-02-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned A.C.J.M.-14, Saran, at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 127 of 2015.
