JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 22.03.2018 passed in CWJC no. 2124 of 2017, the benefits of A.C.P./ M.A.C.P. has already been granted to the petitioner, as is apparent from the order dated 31.01.2019 passed by the D.I.G., Darbhanga area, Darbhanga. This Court is satisfied that the order of this Court is complied with. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of, however liberty is granted to the petitioner, in case any subsisting grievances are there, to take recourse to the appropriate remedies as are available under the law.
