JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 08-06-2020 This petition has been filed for setting aside the Order No. 1276 of 2016 issued under the signature of Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad (Respondent No. 4) dated 09.09.2016 whereby the petitioner has been put under suspension with immediate effect as also for a direction for payment of full salary to the petitioner along with all consequential benefits from the date of suspension i.e. 09.09.2016.
Patna High Court CWJC No.24596 of 2018 dt.08-06-2020 2/2 Mr. Manish Kumar, learned GP-4, has, on instructions, stated before this Court that the suspension has already been revoked. The petitioner has been put to departmental proceeding and has been found guilty. A punishment also has been imposed upon him.
Considering this factual aspect of the matter, this petition has become infructuous.
