The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No.598 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

The allegations against the petitioner are serious in nature of having thrown bomb upon the prosecution party. In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
