The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with GRP/DGB/SMT/Rail (Darbhanga-Sitamarhi) P.S.Case No. 100 of 2016 registered under Section 370 of the Indian penal Code and Section 16 of the Bounded Labour System Abolition Act, 1976.
Allegation in brief is that the petitioner was apprehended by the police from the railway platform along with 02 other accused persons. It is alleged that ten children were being taken to the destination for being engaged as bounded labour for the purpose of stitching and other works. .

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.(Rail), Samastipur in connection with GRP/DGB/SMI/Rail (Darbhanga-Sitamarhi) P.S.Case No. 100 of 2016.
