This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2016 for the alleged occurrence of recovery of a stolen motorcycle. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the period already undergone, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 138 of 2016 G.R. No. 629 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall
