The petitioners being the sister, brothers-in-law and in-laws of the sister of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the daughter of the informant was married to Tripurari Sharan Jha in 2006. Subsequently, rupees five lakh was demanded for running a business and non-fulfillment of the same, the daughter of the informant was killed and her dead body was

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that specific accusation is against husband of the victim. The petitioner no. 1 used to reside in her in-laws place and petitioner no. 2 is husband of petitioner no. 1. Petitioner nos. 3, 4 and 5 are father-in-law, mother in-law and brother-inlaw of petitioner no. 1. Hence, they have no connection with the husband of the victim.

Considering the thrust of accusation is against husband of the victim, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 351 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
