The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No.15 of 2019 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of the co-accused Manish Kumar. Thereafter, the petitioner was apprehended in this case and is in custody since 30.12.2019. Further submission is that while the informant has detailed the physique of the culprits in the F.I.R. but the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade till date.

No.10139 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Shiv Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Gwalpara P.S.
