2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 97 of 2023 registered for the offences under Sections 304B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case merely because they are relatives of the deceased. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. It is also submitted that the husband of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14374 of 2024(2) dt.18-03-2024 2/2 deceased is already in custody. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- III, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Salaiya P.S.
