JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 120B and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on the order of Mangal Manjhi, Arjun Sao caused firearm injury on the back of the husband of the informant when the husband of the informant tried to enter into Mosque then second shot was fired by Rajendra Das and third shot was filed by Sarjun Sao. The petitioner was not named in the FIR. His name subsequently sprang up during investigation but it appears from the impugned order that the petitioner was declared absconder as the FIR was registered in the year 2004. On ground of absconding alone, this Court is not inclined to interfere, however, on merit, it appears that it is a case for

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Pali P.S. Case No. 36 of 2004 pending in the court of learned CJM, Jehanabad.

Accordingly, the application is dispose of.
