Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 366A, 323, 504, 506, 34 of Indian Penal Code. The main allegation is against Jai Kishun Jha of taking away the victim girl forcibly to Delhi.

Learned submits that compromise has been arrived and Jai Kishun Jha has already been granted anticipatory bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Suvash Kumar Ray, J.M. 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 67 of 2014.
