The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kurlikot P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 71166 of 2019, which is evident from Annexure-2 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the
