The petitioner is accused in connection with Sasaram Rail (Bhabhua) P.S. Case No. 112 of 2016 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regarding theft of three mobile sets and ornaments of informant, Sasaram Rail (Bhabhua) P.S. Case No. 112 of 2016 was instituted on 08.09.2016 against unknown. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while it is alleged that in course of investigation, one stolen mobile set was recovered from possession of the petitioner but it would appear that I.M.E.I No. 357642051737276 of mobile set, which is said to be recovered from possession of the petitioner, is different from

It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.10.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rail , Gaya, in connection with Sasaram Rail (Bhabhua) P.S. Case No. 112 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
