The petitioner seeks bail in Mokama P.S. Case No. 208 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47, 57 of the Bihar Excise Act.

The police arrested the petitioner and others and from possession of the petitioner about 8 liters of Royal Stag whisky was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 26.11.02016. Other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Judge IV cum Additional Chief
