The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No.536 of 2019 for offences under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the allegation against the petitioner that the amount in question was transferred by him in the name of another person having the same name, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,
