Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 534 of 2016 registered under Sections- 279, 304A of the Indian Penal Code and section 37(a)(b)(c) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.12.2014. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
