JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-10-2024 This writ application has been filed for commanding the directing respondent authorities to grant benefit of seniority and pay protection to the petitioners to their respective posts at par with the persons junior to the petitioners for which they are entitled on the ground that the name of petitioner No. 2 was placed at serial No. 49 and name of petitioner No. 1 was at serial No. 80 in the seniority list contained in Memo No. B/29 dated 22.02.1995 but their services were regularised on

Patna High Court CWJC No.4151 of 2024(2) dt.22-10-2024 2/2 21.03.1997 and 26.06.2003 respectively whereas, the service of one Arun Kumar Singh, whose name was placed serial No. 105 in the said Gradation list, was regularised with effect from 01.04.2985.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that with regard to their grievance, petitioners and others have already filed representation before Respondent No. 5 on 23.11.2023 but no action has been taken till date.

3. In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioners, Respondent No. 5 is directed to dispose of the aforesaid representation filed by these petitioners by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of six months from today.

4. This writ application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
