3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of poisoning the deceased.
4. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the niece of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against her.

It has further been submitted by learned Senior counsel for the petitioner that the deceased committed suicide by consuming celphos and a false case has been filed against the petitioner and others. It has also been submitted by learned Senior counsels for the petitioner that there is a land dispute between the parties. The petitioner is in custody since

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a women and there is general and omnibus allegation against her and also her period of custody, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st Class, Patna/concerned Court in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 993 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial. Re.: Cr. Misc. No. 6449 of 2025

In the FSL report, it has come that the deceased died because of poison i.e., celphos. The petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2024. It has also been
