2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Barbigha P. S. Case No. 224 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 64, 351(2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner committed rape upon the informant. Victim in her statement, recorded under Section 183 BNSS, supported the prosecution case and stated that this petitioner committed rape with her.

4. In view of the gravity of the offence and statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 BNSS, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
