The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 43 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 448, 307, 323, 506 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In view of the fact that the compromise has been arrived at between the parties, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today,

No.21993 of 2021(2) dt.16-12-2021 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-14th, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 43 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
