Petitioner is accused in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 355 of 2016 registered under Section 376 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. From perusal of F.I.R., it appears that the petitioner was on visiting terms since long, i.e. last three years. When the father of the informant did not succeed to get married his daughter with the petitioner then the present case was lodged to put undue pressure upon the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7736 of 2017 (3) dt.21-03-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-V, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 355 of 2016.
