The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 465 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the first information report, the allegation against the petitioner and others is of having manufactured forged and fabricated documents with regard to the land. In view of the fact that the petitioner being a Government servant could not have been involved in committing such type of crime, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to him. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
