2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 388 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-115(2), 351(2), 352, 36(B)/3/5 of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement, the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where both the parties have compromised the case and as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12082 of 2025(5) dt.22-09-2025 2/2 submitted, they are living together in cordial atmosphere. The terms and conditions entered into between the parties has been annexed with the report of learned Mediator.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks before the court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Nawada in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 388 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

6. Learned court below may pass the appropriate order in case either of the parties retracts from the terms and conditions of the compromise.
