Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 7 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections- 366, 366A/34, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant's daughter is a major girl. In her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. she did not say anything against this petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent and is in custody since 01.02.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
