The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of two litres of illicit country made Mahua liquor from near the house of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that though the petitioner is an accused in one other case but he is on bail in the said case. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.01.2019.

Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cumSpecial Judge (Excise), Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019.
