JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 19-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through virtual court proceeding. In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 86 of 2018 arising out of Roh P.S. Case No. 116 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the present case, an allegation has been made against present petitioner of brutally killing the mother of the Informant by means of bricks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no eyewitness to the occurrence but, fairly stated that the trial is going on.

Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected with a direction to the court below to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
