2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 324 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 363/366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From paragraph no.3 of the case diary, it appears that the alleged victim has eloped and got married to someone and is staying in Kolkata and she was in touch with her parents. There is no allegation against the petitioner in paragraph no.3 of the case diary, except suspicion. The victim ought to have been recovered by the police by now by forming an Special Investigation Team (S.I.T).

4. Considering the facts of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ballia, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 324 of 2021.

6. By order dated 08.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59851 of 2023, the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai was directed to form Special Investigation Team (S.I.T.) for recovery of the victim girl.

7. List this case under the hearing 'For Orders' on 05.07.2024.

8. Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyay, learned APP will produce the report of the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai on the next date of hearing.

9. The report of the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai dated 18.04.2024 produced by learned APP is taken on record.
