This is an application for bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S.Case No. 627 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no specific allegation has been alleged against the petitioner, rather he informed the family members of the informant about the death but has been falsely implicated in this case and is in custody for three months.

Having heard both sides and considering the fact that no doubt no specific allegation has been made against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6397 of 2017 (3) dt.16-02-2017 2/2 petitioner but it appears from the impugned order that post mortem report shows many scratch marks on the body of the deceased, as such, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge in this case, which will be considered by the court below itself considering the fact that petitioner is fatherin-law aged about 60 years, without being prejudiced by this order.

With the above observations, this application is disposed of.
