The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.266 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 401, 413 & 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. 3.
The police has apprehended the petitioner with a knife. Other criminals were also carrying other weapons including the pistol.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2023.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.266 of 2023. 7.
This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Dumariya Ghat Police Station, District- East Champaran on first and third Sunday of every month.
