Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing memorial before the Director General of Police, Bihar (respondent no.2) against order dated 28.5.2015(Annexure 6), passed by the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Champaran Region, Bettiah (respondent no.3).
