This application has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 19.02.2013 passed in Miscellaneous Case No. 26 of 2011, whereby the learned Munsif, Arrah allowed the petition of the applicant/respondent for setting aside ex parte decree passed in T.E. Suit No. 39 of 1992 on payment of cost Rs. 500/-.

On going through the impugned order, I find no
