This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 25(1-B), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and 47(A) and 53(A) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. A country made pistol was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2016.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is an accused in a trivial case under Sections 341, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The case diary would reveal that the recovered fire arm was found ineffective.

Considering the entire facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, after completion of nine months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two
