The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 406, 420, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of The Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that the informant paid Rs. 45,000/- to the petitioner seven years ago for purchase of land but when the informant ask for executing the sale deed the petitioner assured to execute the sale deed alongwith other sale deed subsequently the petitioner came on the land and removed the articles of the informant when the petitioner assured to provide some alternative land but for the same the informant was not ready then the accused persons including the petitioner made assault and abused by calling caste name.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13945 of 2015 (2) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 that in the background of land dispute, accusation has been levelled when the informant has retracted from his initial version and filed petition to that effect before the learned court below. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbeasganj P.S. Case No. 209 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
