====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This application for regular bail arises out of Sabebganj P.S. Cse No. 325 of 2019, disclosing the offence under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is the case of the prosecution that three unknown persons had chased the informant who was riding the Motorcycle which was snatched by them at the point of pistol. It appears that the petitioner was arrested in course of investigation by the Police and he is said to have confessed his involvement in crime before the Police.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was not named in the First

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10282 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 Information Report and he has been implicated merely on the basis of suspicion.

I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail because of his criminal antecedents as disclosed in paragraph-3 of the present application which shows that the petitioner has been implicated in criminal cases involving serious allegations.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge.
