The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 316 of 2020 registered under Sections 498A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that both the parties have compromised the present case in the Court below. Petitioner is ready to keep his wife peacefully with full dignity and honour and informant is also ready to live with her husband-petitioner.

Case No. 316 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
