2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sahebpur Kamal @ S. Kamal P.S Case No. 10 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 of I.P.C

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioner abused and pushed the father of the informant against the wall due to injuries father of the informant succumbed to death.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph 3 of the bail application. It is also submitted that

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order and postmortem report, it appears that only two injuries found on the body of the deceased. One lacerated wound and other is fracture of left parietal and occipital bone of skull. No repeated push on the head of the deceased.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-VI, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal @ S. Kamal P.S Case No. 10 of 2024.
