Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is typographical error while recording the plot number in the third paragraph of the order dated 19.02.2016.

Let the plot number be read as "16458" in place of "16453".

Order No. 2 dated 19.02.2016 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.
