The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vigilance Special Case No. 30 of 2021 (arising out of Dinara P.S. Case No. 164 of 2021), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 12/13 of the P.C. Act 1988 and Section 7 (a) of the Prevention of Corruption Amendment Act, 2018.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he used to take money for issuing transfer certificates though the same has been denied subsequently by the guardian.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12565 of 2022(3) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 Considering the allegations and the fact that the petitioner has been suspended and the application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed subject to deposit of Rs. 25,000/- in the District Legal Aid Committee.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Vigilance, Patna in connection with Vigilance Special Case No. 30 of 2021 (arising out of Dinara P.S. Case No. 164 of 2021), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
