The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 329, 325, 307, 379, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons entered into the shop of the informant assaulted the informant and took away laptop, mobile phone and Rs.5000/- cash.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that injury was found to be simple. There is counter version of the occurrence also and for the petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. Moreover, the informant has retracted from initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14016 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 court below, the same has been brought on record as annexure-4 to the petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No.180 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
