The Petitioner seeks bail in Mithanpura P.S.

Case No. 159 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the written report. It has come during investigation that on the confessional statement of this petitioner, the alleged theft motorcycle was recovered from Md. Chunna @ Md. Kalam who has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 53 of 2017 on 08.02.2017. The petitioner is said to b in custody since 03.07.2016.

Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 159 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
