Since the Tribunal has allowed O.A. application vide order dated 31.08.2015 giving leeway of seven months for grant of pensionary benefits based on similar decisions rendered by the Tribunal in another O.A., which was upheld by a Division Bench of the Patna High Court in CWJC No. 13481 of 2013, this Court will not interfere with the order of the Tribunal keeping in view that there has to be consistency in the judicial decision making.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16154 of 2016 dt.18-03-2017 2/2 Writ is dismissed.
