The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No.140 of 2020 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 302 of the IPC has been added in this case.

In view of the fact that the deceased died after more than a week of the occurrence, it does not seem to be a case under Section 302 of the IPC and in view of the fact that the compromise between the parties has been arrived at, the

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S.
