2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 303(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., some unknown miscreants stole the motorcycle of the informant and name of the petitioner surfaced during course of investigation.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Hemant Kumar Jha. No incriminating article has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Benta P.S. Case No. 142 of 2024, G.R. No. 4295 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
