1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present application has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated by which discharge application of the petitioner had been rejected.

3. On query of the Court that as to what has happened after the application of discharge was rejected, the learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that charges were framed and thereafter trial has commenced and two witnesses were examined.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application as the trial is going on and two witnesses have been examined.
