2. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2016 in connection with Complaint Case No. 594 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as it is the opposite party no. 2 who does not want to reside with the petitioner and his family members. The petitioner is ready to keep the opposite party no. 2 with due dignity and honour.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody since 18.12.2016 already suffered, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten
