JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 23-04-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 25.09.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15465 of 2016, which was filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the D.C.L.R., Gogri to return 19,800/- deposited ₹ by the petitioner.

2. The writ petition was disposed of by the aforesaid order directing the D.C.L.R., Gogri to pass order on the petition of the petitioner with regard to refund of money positively within two months from the date of receipt of the order.

3. Opposite party nos. 2 and 3 have filed a show cause, wherein it has been stated that a sum of 19,800/- has ₹

Patna High Court MJC No.621 of 2019(3) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 been already refunded in the Bank A/C No. 34624011376 on 20.03.2019 by the D.C.L.R., Gogri.

4. In view of the above, I find that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with by the respondents.

5. As such, this contempt petition stands closed and disposed off.
